Cheryl has a passion for real estate, having been born into a family of home builders based in a village near London, UK. She watched and learned as the family business evolved from adding a small extension to an existing house, renovating their family home that was built in the early 1500’s to building over 500 homes a year in the UK and the USA.
After being educated in England, Cheryl immigrated to the USA and worked in the home building industry, learning all facets from the foundations up, including design elements important to sales. Cheryl became a company director, overseeing sales and marketing, including settlements. After fifteen years in that position, she moved into general real estate brokerage.
With 30 years of experience as a team player in design, construction and marketing, Cheryl has a thorough knowledge of what it takes to ensure a successful project. She enjoys every aspect of buying and selling—from artful negotiation with contractors, buyers and sellers to exceeding her clients’ expectations with top notch customer service.
With an impressive record of over 4,000 home sales, ranging from $50,000 to $3 million, Cheryl takes pride in carefully listening to an individual client’s needs and then putting her experience into action and accomplishing the clients goal.
